Fish Curry
Flavorful, spicy, tangy and absolutely delicious fish curry. Make it lip smacking by adding some PRIYOM fish masala to it.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Fish cleaned and cut into chunks
- 4 tbsp Priyom fish masala powder
- 100 ml Vegetable Oil / Coconut Oil
- 1tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 cup Shallots sliced
- 2tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 stalks Curry leaves
- 4 Green Chilli chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 6 - 8 Kudampuli
- 1.5 cup Water as desired
- Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION: Heat oil in a deep sauce pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle. Saute ginger, garlic, green chilli, shallots and curry leaves. Add Priyom Fish Masala and turmeric and mix well. Add water, kudampuli and salt. Allow it to boil. Put the fish pieces into it. Cook on a low flame for 15 - 20 mins or until done.
